Hi there! I'm Hayley Alexandra Norris, the founder and creative mind behind Hayley Alexandra Events. My journey into the world of events began in 2020, a pivotal year that saw me redirected from finishing up my Division 1 Lacrosse career to an unexpected path. With no set plan, I found myself drawn to the vibrant shores of Florida.

Starting in retail, I quickly pivoted towards my true passion – event planning. Against the backdrop of Florida's stunning beaches, I spent evenings envisioning a business that embodied my love for the sea, creativity, color, style, and the pure joy of making people happy.

Enter Palm Picnics – a whimsical venture that materialized from those dream-filled beachside moments. Driven by a desire to merge my newfound passion with family roots, I moved back to Maryland to join the family real estate business. The picnic business seamlessly continued along the shores of Maryland and Delaware. This evolution led to the birth of Hayley Alexandra Events — an expansion of Palm Picnics that allows me to bring joy and creativity to a broader spectrum of celebrations.
